To book a room at a school site, please email Terry Ruskauff in Maintenance and Operations.
To request a room reservation at the Souza Center, you must complete this form (Need help? Click here for a how-to).
You can add the Souza Room Reserver calendar to your "Other Calendars" (see specifics in the how-to linked above).
1) Your request will be filled based on room availability for that date, the number of people, and room set-up required.
2) An email from "firstname.lastname@example.org" will follow your request, noting the date, room assignment and any set-up specifics. This email will serve as your confirmation.
3) If you are a non-district organization, you must provide the district
with documentation that you have a $1,000,000.00 Insurance policy in case
of accident or injury.
