New school will be called William "Bill" Libbon Elementary
At its May 13 meeting, the Santa Maria-Bonita School District Board of Education voted 5-0 to name the new school under construction the William "Bill" Libbon Elementary School after the longtime director of the Santa Maria Boys & Girls Club.
